This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven telemarketing / sales professional to increase brand awareness, generate high quality sales appointments, surveys and tender opportunities for the sales and estimating team.
This is a proactive and strategic B2B outreach role that involves calling and emailing decision-makers in businesses across the South East with a view to obtaining interest in potentially employing our services or switching over to us for:
• New system design, installation and upgrade requirements
• Existing system or equipment maintenance and support services.
The ability to work confidently and effectively on your own initiative will be paramount. You must be well presented, a quick learner, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Duties can change from time to time subject to client’s requirements and change to the marketplace. All employees are to work in accordance with the company guidelines and KPI’s.

Contractual Information
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based (Some flexible hybrid working available)
Probation Period: 6 Months
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 30minute unpaid break for lunch (hybrid working on request, core hours negotiable)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
You will receive 22 days of paid holiday plus all UK statutory Bank Holidays, which increases with time served. You will also be auto-enrolled onto the workplace pension scheme after 3-months, you can opt-out should you choose.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define new customers
• Contacting potential prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Building and managing a strong pipeline of sales-ready leads and opportunities
• Providing structured, clear and actionable market research
• Booking qualified meetings & surveys for Estimators with key decision-makers
• Recording activity on our CRM database with accuracy
• Monitoring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns
• Working closely with our sales team to refine targeting and lead quality
• Presenting ideas, information, and new strategies
• Providing friendly engagement with potential customers whilst remaining professional and complying with strict codes of practice, industry compliance and data protection.
• Collaborating on marketing strategies to support sales growth and engagement goals
• Contributing to the creation of communications and content that align with business development goals (e.g. marketing material, email campaigns, social media and website content)

Additional Duties – (depending on experience, but not essential)
• Creating and distributing effective marketing campaigns and posting blogs and articles on the website and social media pages
• Managing production of multimedia content and maintaining our presence across social media platforms.
• Managing content updates and improvements to our existing websites
• Effective management of Google Ads campaign

Essential Experience and Skills Required
• 4-5 years minimum experience in B2B Sales and lead generation, research, or business development role is essential
• Proven success in a telemarketing or telesales role and exceeding targets
• Strong research skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable using social media channels, company databases, and online research tools
• Driven professional, resilient and dynamic, who demonstrates a hunger to succeed
• Commercially aware, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Aptitude to learn and gain product and new industry knowledge
• Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths and English.
• Proven ability to priorities a busy and varied workload, to achieve targets
• Recognise opportunities to upsell / cross sell and promote additional products to maximise revenue.
• Be punctual and proactive and to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written, as well as being literate and numerate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Have the ability to correspond clearly, concisely, and politely with administrators, technicians, customers, and external organisations, whether by telephone or written communication.
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook and be able to use them in accordance with the company standards.
• Have the skills to be multi-faceted and the ability to carry out numerous duties across various departments.
• Be confident and efficient in managing own time whilst carrying out a multitude of tasks.
