Job Brief
The ideal candidate will have experience and proven all-round knowledge to plan, develop and implement a range of marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive sales growth. You will need to adhere to the company objectives, reporting procedures and policies.
The ability to work confidently and effectively on your own initiative will be paramount. You must be well presented, a quick learner, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Duties can change from time to time subject to client’s requirements and change to the marketplace. All employees are to work in accordance with the company guidelines and KPI’s.

Contractual Information
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based (Some flexible hybrid working available)
Probation Period: 6 Months
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 30minute unpaid break for lunch
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
You will receive 22 days of paid holiday plus all UK statutory Bank Holidays, which increases with time served. You will also be auto-enrolled onto the workplace pension scheme after 3-months, you can opt-out should you choose.

Responsibilities & Duties
• Creating and distributing effective marketing campaigns
• Managing production of multimedia content and maintaining our presence across social media platforms.
• Managing content updates and improvements to our existing websites
• Effective management of ‘Google Ads’ campaign
• Monitoring and reporting performance of marketing campaigns
• Presenting ideas, information, and new strategies
• Coordinating promotional activities
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Creating and posting blogs and articles on the website and social media pages
• Managing a customer database and email distribution
• Designing promotional marketing material
• Liaising with any outsourced designers and printers

Additional Duties May Include
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define new audiences
• Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
• Monitoring and managing budgets

Essential Experience and Skills Required
• Have proven experience planning and managing multi-channel social media campaigns
• Ideally experienced in Google Ads campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google tools such as Google analytics, Search console and Ads.
• Ideally experienced updating, maintaining or managing websites.
• Have the ability to compose marketing content.
• To be able to use Adobe (Illustrator).
• Have experience with WordPress.
• Have experience of Agorapulse.
• Strong administration skills.
• Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written, as well as being literate and numerate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Have the ability to correspond clearly, concisely, and politely with administrators, technicians, customers, and external organisations, whether by telephone or written communication.
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook and be able to use them in accordance with the company standards.
• Have the skills to be multi-faceted and the ability to carry out numerous duties across various departments.
• Be confident and efficient in managing own time whilst carrying out a multitude of tasks.
