Compliance and Claims Assistant - Insurance
Location: Altrincham
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + 6-Month Bonus (£1,000-£2,000 pending confirmation)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Administrator to join a growing team within a leading provider of structural warranty services. This role plays a key part in ensuring the company continues to operate in line with FCA regulatory requirements, so we're looking for someone with strong experience in compliance within the insurance sector.
If you have a background in construction insurance, that would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Compliance team with daily administrative tasks
- Assisting with regulatory reporting and internal audits
- Ensuring all documentation meets FCA standards
- Helping maintain policies and procedures in line with regulatory updates
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance across the business
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a compliance role within an FCA-regulated environment
- Insurance sector experience essential
- Experience in insurance highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
