What you'll be doing:

· Planning and delivering dynamic, subject-specialist lessons aligned with the secondary curriculum

· Supporting the academic and personal development of students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5)

· Fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

· Working closely with colleagues, parents/carers, and support staff to ensure pupil progress

· Staying informed on current teaching strategies, subject developments, and educational policies





What we're looking for:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification

· A strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring secondary-age learners

· Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage young people

· Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
