SEN Teacher - Lead the Way in Inclusive Education

Are you a passionate and innovative SEN Teacher seeking a leadership role where you can make a real difference?

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking SEN Teacher to join our team at a groundbreaking new specialist school near Reading. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of SEN education, contributing to a supportive and innovative learning environment for young people aged 6-16 with autism spectrum disorder, moderate to severe learning needs, and associated difficulties.

About the Role: You will play a key role in developing and implementing our innovative teaching strategies, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the overall leadership and direction of the school. Responsibilities include: curriculum development, staff training, and ensuring high-quality teaching practices.
