We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking SEN Teacher to join our team at a groundbreaking new specialist school near Reading. About the Role: You will play a key role in developing and implementing our innovative teaching strategies, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the overall leadership and direction of the school. Responsibilities include: curriculum development, staff training, and ensuring high-quality teaching practices.
