Your new role

  • As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing the company's financial health by overseeing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and minimising outstanding debts.
  • Managing credit control processes, chasing overdue payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Reconciling accounts, resolving invoice disputes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing procedures and improve cash flow.
  • Conducting risk assessments to evaluate creditworthiness and optimise payment terms.
  • Maintaining financial records in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in credit control
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems such as Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
