What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a motivated and well-organised individual to support the Head of Learning in leading a year team of tutors in promoting high standards of student personal, social and academic development.
What the school offers its staff
The Willink is a successful and oversubscribed school with a strong international ethos, listed in the top ten non-selective schools in Berkshire in 2019. The school has 1250 students on roll including 220 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
