• Adaptable, creative and enthusiastic
• Highly motivated and committed to giving the best to every child
• Willing to be involved in the life of the school
• Able to respect matters of confidentiality
What the school offers its staff
We can offer you:

The role will be for full time and requires the applicant to have an ability to relate with children enthusiastically, creatively and flexibly. To overcome barriers by relating learning to real life, whist trying to broaden experiences.
Key Requirements
Ideally this person will have had an interest/experience of working with children on the SEND register. An awareness or experience of autism would be advantageous but not essential if the candidate is self-motivated to study specialist knowledge.
Commitment to safeguarding
The Fosse MAT is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must be able to provide documentation to prove their right to work in the UK KCSIE states as part of the shortlisting process schools should consider carrying out on-line searches, as part of the due diligence on shortlisted candidates. This is to determine suitability to work with children and keep them safe. All shortlisted candidates are now subject to an on-line check and if there is anything concerning.
