Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: North Lincolnshire
Salary: £55,000- £65,000 (DOE)

The Company:

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on project a project circa £14m in value, this scheme is quite a prestigious scheme and will get a lot of attention!!
All future projects will be local so travel will be minimal.
About the Quantity Surveyor role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of projects. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximise margin whilst achieving the required standards and quality.
You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across a variety of sectors and the support will be there for fast track career development with unrivalled progression opportunities.
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor role
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying position
- Main Contractor experience
- Must have delivered schemes above £10m in value
- JCT & NEC forms of contract experience is desirable
- UK Driving License
