This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of public green spaces, ensuring they are financially sustainable, operationally excellent, and welcoming to all.
About the RoleAs the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and commercial direction of Birmingham's Destination Parks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operational leadership, particularly within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for a blended financial model supporting Destination Parks.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive commercial growth.
- Lead external funding bids and income-generating initiatives.
- Oversee all operational activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and financial regulations.
- Manage budget forecasting, monitoring, and performance reporting.
