Crynodeb
As a Physiotherapist at Wiltshire Council, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to regain and maintain their mobility, independence, and overall well-being. Working within the Reablement team, youll assess and treat a wide range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-hospital discharge cases. Your work will directly contribute to helping residents live more independently and confidently in their communities. Youll be responsible for delivering personalised treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting care as needed. This includes working closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, while upholding the highest standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and professional ethics. This role requires a proactive, empathetic, and skilled professional who can manage complex caseloads, communicate effectively with diverse client groups, and contribute to a positive, inclusive working environment. Youll also support the development of less experienced colleagues and maintain your own professional development in line with HCPC and CSP standards.
