Crynodeb
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and enthusiastic team who believe in leading from the frontline and aim to provide outstanding care. The department is supported by excellent consultant and middle grade staff with an excellent and supportive nursing team. Our friendly atmosphere is frequently commented upon by past junior doctors. This post is aimed to increase our junior tier numbers to strengthen the team and improve work life balance for all staff. The applicants will be expected to have undergone appropriate foundation training or equivalent training. Previous experience in Acute Medicine and also specifically Medical Same Day Emergency Care services is essential. There will be opportunities to develop skills in acute medicine and same day emergency care, quality improvement, and teaching and training with 2 weeks of paid study leave, as well as 1.5 hours per week of paid self-directed educational development time.
