32 hours per week | 4 on 4 off (Days)
From £12.22 per hour + holiday pay
We’re recruiting a Laboratory Technician to join a leading food manufacturing business based in Holme upon Spalding Moor. This is a great opportunity to start or develop your career in food science, quality, or technical operations.
Key Details:
⦠4 on 4 off shift pattern (days) 07:30-15:30
⦠32 hours per week
⦠Starting pay: £12.22/hour

Role Overview:
⦠Conducting routine testing and quality checks on food products
⦠Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
⦠Accurate data recording and sample analysis
⦠Supporting the technical team with audits and product traceability
What We’re Looking For:
⦠Ideally some experience in a lab or food production setting (not essential – training is provided)
⦠Strong attention to detail
⦠Good communication and record-keeping skills
⦠Reliability and a willingness to learn
