Driver – Materials & Equipment Delivery
Sidcup
£27000 per annum + van and fuel card

Mon-Fri 8-5, (1hr for lunch)

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Driver on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing company in the construction sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to supporting on-site teams by delivering and collecting essential equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver and collect tools, materials, and equipment to/from various project sites

  
  

• Plan efficient routes to meet project deadlines

  
  

• Carry out basic equipment inspections and arrange repairs or disposals

  
  

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections

  
  

• Keep the yard and stores area clean, organized, and well-maintained

  
  

• Attend site meetings to support smooth project delivery

  
  

• Comply with company Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures

  
  Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)

    
    

  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills

    
    

  • Confident communicator – verbal and written

    
    

  • Excellent timekeeping and organisation

    
    

  • Basic IT skills

    
    

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

    
    

  • Willing to undergo a DBS check (paid for by the company)
