P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team based in Birmingham on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:
• General administrative duties.
• Data entry.
• Producing contract letters.
• Using Excel spreadsheets to maintain information.
• Book occupational health medical appointments.
• Support the HR Manager with any administration.

Person Specification:
• Able to use Microsoft Excel.
• Experience within an office environment.
• Strong administrative skills.

Working Benefits & Hours:
• Monday – Friday 35 hours per week (flexible).
• 4 days working in the office, 1 day working from home.
• Up to 35 days holiday.
• Pension scheme.
• Free travel pass for all company trains and 75% off any other train line.
