We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to oversee our nursery provision. You will be responsible for managing the setting on a day to day basis, including the planning and delivery of sessions in line with the EYFS framework. Please read the full job description.
The successful candidate will:
>Have experience in Early Years with knowledge of the EYFS framework
>Have experience of planning and delivering educational activities
>Be a confident leader.
>Be child centred and committed to the ethos of our school
>Be a reflective practitioner who considers the needs of all children.
>Be keen to be part of a team, prepared to constantly review your practice and strive for excellence.
>Be positive and have good interpersonal and organisational skills.
>Be able to communicate with both children and adults.
