Join us at Restaurant Associates Venues as our next Recruitment & Compliance Manager where you\\'ll take the lead in shaping a dynamic, high-performing People Operations team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Attract Top Talent: Create and implement creative, cutting-edge strategies to build strong talent pipelines that perfectly align with our brand and values.

  • Lead Recruitment: Take charge of the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience for all, while building lasting partnerships with hiring managers.

  • Engage & Develop: Champion employee wellbeing, growth, and engagement through innovative programs that inspire passion and performance.

  • Ensure HR Compliance: Lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of HR policy compliance while ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.

  • Manage Our Casual Workforce: Build and optimize a flexible, high-performing casual workforce to meet operational demands—minimizing reliance on agency labor without compromising service quality.

Key Relationships:

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Associates Venues Strategy Team and leadership across the business.

  • Mentor and support People Coordinators and Staffing Managers, empowering them to deliver results.

  • Partner with Compass UK & Ireland HR teams to drive cohesive strategies.
