Crynodeb

We are seeking a focussed and personable candidate to join the practice as Quality and Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will lead the planned review and development of our existing quality and environmental management system and then continue to update and maintain the system to ensure that we adhere to the policies through a series of checks and audits. You will assist us with setting performance targets and help us to achieve them, whilst interfacing with our staff and other project management systems to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our output and working methods. The role will also include overseeing compliance with environmental and health & safety legislation which is applicable to our business, as well as supporting us with our accreditations such as BCorp.

You will regularly engage with colleagues in our studios in London, Manchester, Wroclaw and Sopot as well as directly interacting with our external advisors and auditors.

This part time position will be based in our London studio.

Candidates should have the following:

• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Ability to self-lead work as well as to work closely with colleagues
• A desire to continuously improve the quality of business operations including environmental performance
