In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between residents and various departments, promoting community engagement, and enhancing resident satisfaction. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns as they arise.
Facilitate communication between residents and relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Organize and attend community events and meetings to promote resident engagement and participation.
Prepare and distribute information to residents regarding community updates, policies, and services offered.
Assess resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with other teams to develop programs and initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life.
Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and issues to track progress and follow up when necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or community engagement role, preferably within a residential setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a diverse audience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
Proficient in using computer software for data entry, record-keeping, and communication purposes.
Demonstrated understanding of community dynamics and the importance of fostering positive relationships.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required for community events and resident meetings.
Hours Per Week: 24.50
Start Time: 08:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £21.45
