What skills and experience we're looking for

• Has experience or interest in working with children with SEND, particularly in EYFS and KS1
• Is flexible, proactive, and keen to make a real difference to children’s development and well-being
• Works well as part of a team and is committed to our school’s values and ethos
• Has excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with children, staff and families
• Brings energy, creativity and patience to their work
