Morgan Hunt is partnering with a sixth form seeking dynamic and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join the team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in education within a supportive and professional Sixth Form College environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise students across a variety of subjects during teacher absences
- Ensure a positive and productive classroom environment
- Support the College during key periods such as enrolment
- Be flexible and proactive in your day-to-day responsibilities
There is also the opportunity to earn additional pay by supporting College events in our on-site theatre, including evening and weekend work (offered well in advance).
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Educated to degree level
- Confident communicators with strong organisational skills
- Ideally experienced in an educational setting (desirable, not essential)
- Interested in a long-term career in education
