We're Hiring: Peripatetic Support Worker (Full-Time)
Based in/around Bath & Bristol | £13.75per hour | Must be a driver with access to a car
37.5 hours per week | Fully Flexible | Travel up to 1 hour radius
Are you adaptable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference? We're looking for a committed Peripatetic Support Worker to join our team, providing flexible, person-centred care across various locations within an hour's travel of the Bath & Bristol area.
What You'll Do:-
Offer high-quality support to individuals with varying needs across different services

Deliver care that promotes independence, dignity, and respect

Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
About You:-
You're a confident driver with access to your own vehicle

Able to travel up to 1 hour from the Bath & Bristol area

You have a flexible approach to work and enjoy variety in your day-to-day role

You're skilled at building rapport quickly and working effectively within different team dynamics

Experience in care or support work is desirable, but your passion and adaptability are what matter most
