Participate in wider business meetings representing the department, directorate, or business both within the organisation and across NHS Wales and beyond Lead theimplementation and operational management of DHCW's cloud platforms and on-premise technologies Be an integral part of the transition programme from on premises to cloud . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet organizational needs. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure and on-premise technologies. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in cloud services, through automisation and optimisation. Manage multiple vendor relationships Mentor and develop a high-performing Infrastructure engineering team. Develop career pathways and align training to the career pathway to support existing staff The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
