Crynodeb
The post holder will be expected to work in partnership with existing and future teacher practitioner roles to ensure smooth programme delivery and there will be mentoring and development opportunities depending on applicant need and career prospects. The post holder will be expected to work with educators and managers across acute hospital sites, sectors and organisations, including acute and primary care, Welsh Universities and HEIW. They will also collaborate with other professional group leads (medical, nursing and allied health professions) in the planning and delivery of multi-professional education. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. There is an expectation to work bank holidays, weekends, and out of hours in line with Morriston rota requirements.
