The Working Denbighshire Strategy aims to tackle poverty through employment. This post will provide wellbeing support and coaching to Working Denbighshire participants to help overcome anxieties and encourage resilience when in the
work place, in education or in training.

We are searching for a person who is highly motivated and empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, creative and innovative approach to engagement.

The Working Denbighshire Wellbeing and Resilience Coach will provide a flexible, high quality service, working in partnership with other employability projects as part of an integrated ‘Working Denbighshire’ approach.

Appointment subject to satisfactory references and DBS clearance.
