Static Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Oxford - Commercial Property

Are you a skilled and versatile engineer with a strong electrical background looking for a rewarding role with excellent earning potential and opportunities for growth?

We're seeking a highly competent and reliable Multi-Skilled Engineer with a focus on electrical work to join our team in Oxford. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of building services within various commercial properties.

What You'll Do:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of building services, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems:

* Electrical installations, repairs, and testing (18th Edition essential)
* Lighting and power systems
* Fire alarm systems
* Access control systems
* Minor plumbing repairs
* Minor carpentry repairs
* General building maintenance tasks

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose building service issues
  • Carry out repairs and installations of building service components and systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Work independently and as part of a team


What You'll Need:

  • A proven track record as a multi-skilled engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a strong electrical bias.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) - essential. Other relevant qualifications desirable.
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations knowledge - essential.
  • Experience with a range of building services in commercial settings
