Crynodeb
The Lead Cancer Nurse role, which will have a clear role in leading expert practice, shaping and developing the service, contributing strategically to reviews and service developments. The role will particularly focus on improving care for patients with cancer and in providing strong cancer nursing and AHP leadership. The post holder will lead quality improvement initiatives and service redesign within cancer care across the organisation. The role will be actively involved and provide leadership to the cancer education programme. The post holder will be a highly experienced specialist within the field of cancer nursing and a credible practitioner.
