Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Adminsitrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
Hours: Part-Time - 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Handle payroll-related queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, resolving them effectively.

Perform both routine and more complex administrative payroll tasks.

Set up and onboard new client payrolls.

Communicate regularly and professionally with clients and internal teams regarding payroll matters.

Establish pension schemes, submit pension schedules, and respond to related inquiries.

Administer auto-enrolment and re-declaration of pensions.

Stay informed on current payroll legislation and regulatory changes.

Ensure all payroll processes comply with relevant regulations and data protection standards (GDPR).
Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

Proficiency in using BrightPay payroll software.

Experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy practice environment (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking ability and capacity to prioritize workload.

Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
