True Reflections is a newly established, trauma-informed children’s home. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where every child feels valued and supported to reach their full potential.
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated care team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, child-centred care
• Support the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive care team
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
Candidate Requirements:
• QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Emotional resilience, empathy, and reliability
• Flexibility to work a shift pattern, including weekends and sleep-ins
