We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children’s Support Worker to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to children, promoting their emotional and physical well-being.
Build trusting relationships through consistent, respectful communication.
Support children with daily routines, education, and recreational activities.
Work in partnership with social workers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with safeguarding protocols.
Respond effectively to crises and challenging behaviour, following care plans and safeguarding procedures.
About You:
Experience working with children or young people, particularly those who have experienced trauma, neglect, or additional needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care, Youth Work, or similar (desirable but not essential).
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one
