We have a great opportunity for a Senior Site Manager working with a refurbishment contractor in South West of London on a £1.6m refurbishment.
About the role of Senior Site Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Site Manager to work on a £1.6m house refurbishment. It is essential that the manager is a program pusher, excellent at QA, and has a solid understanding of fit out packages. The scheme has new build aspects, strip out and refurbishment to the build.
Requirements for the Senior Site Manager
- Have house refurbishment experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering large refurbishment.
- Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
