SITE MANAGERSalary: ME7 (points 12-15) £31,524 - £32,931 FTE
Full time: 21 hours per week; 52 weeks per year; We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated Site Manager to fulfil this key role within our school. The successful candidate will lead a small team of site supervisors and support the Head Teacher and School Business Manager by taking responsibility for the management of the site. Hillcross Primary School is an exciting, stimulating learning community with a passion for learning and a desire for all children to achieve their full potential.The successful candidate will be :• Motivated and able to use their initiative• Be able to demonstrate and assist in the safe and effective use of specialist equipment/materials• Provide highly specialist advice and guidance as required• Management and supervision of premises, including lettings, building projects and inventory systems• Confident in their use of ICT to support their roleThey will be expect to contribute to Health and Safety risk assessments and health and safety policies and procedures.Why work at Hillcross?
