Crynodeb
To provide the full range of medical services, as appropriate, to the attached practice population, within the contracted timetable. This will include the following: On-call duties Managing acute illness Chronic disease management Telephone advice and triage Visiting patients at home Maternity services Contraceptive services Minor Surgery (optional if required) Child Health Surveillance Health Promotion Clinical audit To actively participate in the practice, working to agreed plans, policies and procedures. To undertake continuing personal and professional development in line with current and emerging expectations for the medical profession. To participate in work supporting the Quality and Outcomes Framework, Enhanced Services and local contracts. To become involved in the continuous development and improvement of patient services for the practice and to participate in needs assessment and activity audits to support such development To undertake continuing personal and professional development in line with current and emerging expectations for the medical profession. To participate in training, coaching and support for the wider team where applicable.
