This is a hybrid role with a requirement to travel to Epsom for team meetings.

About the Role

As the Strategic Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a strategic account portfolio. You will play a key role in meeting client and customer needs while positively promoting Nuffield Health. This position directly supports revenue generation within the contact centre and strengthens relationships with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage contracts and revenue for the corporate account base. Run reports as requested by companies and ensure eligibility lists are accurate and up to date. Proactively engage with clients and ensure adherence to all protocols. Distribute reports to accounts as required.

  • Liaise with and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, intermediaries, and third-party suppliers.

  • Coordinate with the contact centre on mobilisation protocols and contract invitations. Mobilise all new contracts and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to the SharePoint system.

  • Collaborate with Account Directors, the Finance Team, and other departments across Nuffield Health to ensure accounts are optimised and current.

  • Represent Nuffield Health at roadshows and meetings on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships

  • Proficient in writing clear and professional documentation

  • Confident and competent in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

  • Quick to learn new applications, systems, and processes

  • Previous experience gained in account management support role would be advantageous.
