Summary
Job Title: Interim Regional Service Manager
Location: Kent (Field-Based)
Contract: 3 Months
Rate: £400 per day
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Regional Service Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider, to oversee services across the Kent region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable interim professional to make a meaningful impact within a respected organisation.
Key Requirements:
Must have previous experience in an interim management role
Must be a qualified RGN or RMN
Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar senior role within a care setting
Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations
Demonstrable experience in achieving ‘Good’ CQC ratings or turning around underperforming services
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Must be a driver, as the role involves travel across the region
About the Role:
Provide regional leadership and support to multiple care services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
Drive service improvements and promote a culture of excellence
Support local managers in achieving operational and quality targets
This is an interim post for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential to make a significant difference in service quality and performance.
