ARE YOU THE ONE?

As our Regional Manager, you'll lead our clients relationship with John Lewis Partnership, overseeing Brand Ambassadors in stores, focusing on the latest Floorcare and Beauty products.

You’ll build strong relations with John Lewis teams, educate, and engage retailers and consumers, aiming for better siting and listing, increased market share, and sell-out. Fostering relationships to explore in-store opportunities and enhance our presence at key events.

In this role you’ll drive our clients retail strategy success.If you believe in the power of collaboration, are passionate about customer experience and brand presence with proven experience in executing retail initiatives through others this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners

Foster channel relationships to achieve aligned targets

Collaborate with head office functions for operational efficiency

Expand brand and product presence within retailer teams across your region

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND DATA ANALYTICS

Use data analytics to drive regional performance accountability.

Analyse channel data to enhance portfolio success and shape regional retail strategy

Demonstrate return on investment with key metrics, aligning targets and communicating impact effectively

COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING

Oversee compliance through the field team

Deliver weekly communication and reports on commercials and performance

Use local and national market insights to drive best practices and gain competitive advantage.

BRAND IDENTITY

Build a fun, consistent brand experience in stores with your team, using creative processes and templates for efficient execution

Roll out the red carpet for VIP visits with your support and hosting expertise!.

LEADERSHIP

Host impactful regional meetings to set vision and plans for maximum results in your area

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team

Provide focused guidance to help team members achieve their goals and enhance performance

Drive internal mobility through succession planning and talent mapping based on team capabilities

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Track project progress, assess risks, and apply mitigation strategies

Align and oversee teams to meet KPIs

Monitor mystery shopping and customer recommendation rates for ongoing improvement.

Support product teams in achieving high-quality in-store executions, addressing issues promptly

  • You're able to work Monday to Friday and 1 weekend in 6 on a rota basis

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 Per annum dependant on experience
  • Performance Bonus: 15%
