Duties as an English Teacher:
Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
Plan engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Mark, assess, and provide feedback in line with departmental policies
Contribute to the development of English schemes of work and curriculum planning
Participate in whole-school activities and contribute to a positive school ethos
Ideal English Teacher:
QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
A degree in English or a closely related subject
Proven ability to raise student achievement in English
Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for English
Effective behaviour management skills and high expectations for all students as English Teacher.
