Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth logistics operations? We’re looking for a Road Logistics Customer Care Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Road Sales team and play a key role in supporting our clients and freight operations.As a Customer Care Operations Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our branch’s client support, ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and customers are kept informed every step of the way. You’ll collaborate closely with Freight Account Managers and other departments to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
How you create impact
- Process client and overseas bookings accurately.
- Provide operational & sales support to Freight Account Managers.
- Coordinate with all parties to manage the movement of goods.
- Resolve shipment issues and keep clients updated.
- Handle sales and purchase invoicing/queries for the branch.
- Promote a positive team culture and support cross-departmental tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and security standards.
What we would like you to bring
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Strong background in customer service with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
- A commercially minded attitude is essential
