Previous administrative or financial experience within an office environment.
Proven experience of taking minutes at meetings
Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, and experience of using Microsoft Office in a business environment
Experience of working with finance by making payments, or inputting or analysing financial information
Experience of working in a local government / Social Services environment
Experience of using Microsoft Office within a business environment

Possess excellent written and verbal skills
Attention to detail, accuracy
Ability to analyse and present information clearly
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to deal with people tactfully and diplomatically
Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service
