Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Programme Leader for Uniformed Protective Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-quality curriculum, inspiring students to succeed in careers within the uniformed services. This role involves teaching across both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) programmes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure outstanding delivery and management of the curriculum. Specific duties will include:
Leading the development and delivery of the Uniformed Protective Services programme.
Delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students.
Ensuring curriculum content meets industry standards and student needs.
Monitoring and driving student progress, success, and retention.
Supporting student recruitment through interviews, events, and guidance.
Engaging in continuous professional development and curriculum enhancement.
