Hours: 30 Hours per week

Salary: Scale 7 (£31,067-£34,314 full time equivalent) Actual Salary £22,126 - £24,439

We are looking for a Careers Coordinator to join Essex's first through school.

We are looking for a candidate who:

Has successful experience of providing careers advice
Has a good working knowledge of ICT including the Microsoft Office package
Can communicate well (verbal and written) and build good working relationships
Can work well as a team but also independently
Has excellent organisation skills and is able to remain calm under pressure
Can manage own time effectively and meet deadlines
Can understand and comply with procedures and policies
