We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to work in a well-supported primary school in Oldbury, helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs thrive in the classroom and beyond.
Whether you have experience in youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, or another pastoral role, this is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in a structured educational setting.

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to manage their behaviour and emotional regulation
