Are you ready to teach in a way that truly transforms lives?
We're seeking a passionate and creative KS1 Teacher who's committed to delivering education in a tailored, impactful, and inspiring way. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional teaching and become part of something truly special-supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, sensory processing differences, and complex learning profiles.
This is not a mainstream classroom-it's a space where every child's voice matters, and every small step is a significant milestone.
You'll lead a small, nurturing class of up to 8 Key Stage 1 pupils, delivering an individualised, needs-led curriculum designed to support emotional development, communication, and learning at a pace that works for them.
You'll be supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, and work closely with therapists and specialist staff to create a safe, engaging, and emotionally secure learning environment.
