As a Special Needs Teacher, you will:

Teach a small, well-supported class of pupils with EHCPs

Deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to individual needs

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider support staff

Utilise communication and regulation strategies such as PECS, Makaton, and visual aids
Utilise communication and regulation strategies such as PECS, Makaton, and visual aids

Foster a nurturing and structured learning environment that empowers every student to succeed

QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs with relevant SEN experience are encouraged to apply)
