A leading developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager for a brand new traditional housing site in Rugby. This role offers progression opportunities to Project Manager as new phases commence.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage all on-site aspects of the construction project
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain strict quality control measures
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid qualification
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management roles

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in traditional new build housing projects
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions:

This role will involve working on-site in various weather conditions and may require occasional weekend work to meet project deadlines.
