About the PM Role:
In this exciting hybrid role, you’ll lead mechanical installation projects from first concept through to final handover. From scoping and surveying to managing site teams and ensuring technical and safety compliance, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering projects on time and on budget.
You’ll work from home, with regular site visits across the UK and occasional travel to head office.
What’s in It for You:

• Inclusive, supportive employer that welcomes diverse applicants
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Prepare documentation including RAMS, project schedules, and progress reports
• Track all costs, risks, and milestones, providing monthly updates to senior management
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are fully met
• Lead site-based teams and subcontractors, motivating and maintaining high performance
• Submit valuations and variations aligned with client payment terms
• Oversee day-to-day contract operations and resolve project issues quickly
• Complete professional handovers and post-project reviews
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience managing MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) or building services projects
• Strong technical understanding of installation environments, new builds, and refurbishments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calm, logical decision-making — especially under pressure
• Solid commercial awareness and experience with budgeting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Full UK driving licence
Personal Attributes:
