Are you a motivated individual with strong skills in data quality and compliance and have project management skills? Ready to lead, oversee, and coordinate a range of quality and compliance initiatives across Maternity services? This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with clinical, operational, and governance colleagues, as well as the broader health system, to drive positive change for women and birthing people at Whipps Cross Hospital. Your focus will be the collection and coordination of evidence to assure us and our regulators that we are meeting the quality standards expected for the long term.

The post holders' primary responsibility will be to oversee the effective and timely delivery of a number of Maternity safety and improvement programmes;
• Maternity Incentive Scheme safety standards (CNST)
• Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation, compliance and action plans
• NHSE Maternity and Neonatal Three Year Plan
• MSSP Recommended actions
• Ockenden recommendations
• Quality peer review visits and action plans
• Audits and corrective actions plans
• Manage staff
This includes supervising project workstreams, gathering and quality checking evidence submitted, analysing and presenting data, writing reports and ensuring deadlines are met.
