Crynodeb
The postholder will play a leading role in maximising income and generating funds to agreed targets through targeted corporate and major donor recruitment and development. Key responsibilities will include detailed research, framing proposals for support, facilitating cultivation events and working closely with the Trust to identify projects that require substantial philanthropic support. The post holder will require local geographic knowledge as well as knowledge of regional Corporate Fundraising. The post holder must be highly organised, self-motivated, competent in creating and delivering targeted pitches that meet the business objectives with a proven ability to convert leads into successful wins. They will also require considerable networking working skills with the ability to identify influential contacts both internally and externally. The ability to convey complex messages with confidence and with powers of persuasion is essential detailed in written cases for support and presentations.
