I am working with a highly reputable family owned company in Pool in Wharfedale that are looking for an experienced PA to work alongside their director, across several of his businesses.
The role will involve but will not be limited to:
• Diary management, organising meetings and minute taking
• Providing comprehensive and professional personal assistant (PA) service to the Director
• Assess, prioritise and organise own workload to ensure deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently
• Attending project meetings and proactively manage actions required, ensuring that actions are disseminated to colleagues as appropriate with timely reminders in place for completion of the work
• All administrative queries dealt with on time and professionally with a high attention to detail
• Robust and accurate paper and electronic filing systems maintained confidentially and compliant with GDPR regulations
• Management of the business park and tenants, maintaining supplies for the communal areas
• Handling telephone calls, enquiries, requests and dealing with them as appropriate
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the business park
• All office duties, including assisting the accountant with office duties when necessary, filing, ordering stationary, workshop parts and materials, and arranging deliveries and collections
Skills Required:
• Previous PA experience (ideally within multiple businesses)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent Telephone manner
• Highly organised & efficient
• Ability to prioritise
• Experience working within an accounts/finance function (ordering, invoicing, expenses etc)
The role is a full-time office based position 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
In return my client is offering a starting salary up to £40,000
