Purpose of the jobI'm looking for a friendly, happy person to assist my lovely 26 year old daughter with day to day adult life. She is diagnosed on the autistic spectrum which is not immediately obvious. She has just moved into a new flat and is enjoying making it her own. She is fashionable and stylish and enjoys doing hair and makeup. She can be very sociable and enjoys nights out with friends. She has a gentle caring personality with a determined stubborn streak! She can be taken advantage of due to her trusting nature. I am looking for someone who is organised, patient and kind and able to work on their own initiative. It would be great if you enjoy some of the same interests as my daughter. She is mostly at home in LS5 and also spends some time here with me and my partner in LS6. We are relaxed and outgoing and look forward to meeting you. Experience of working with people with Autism will be an advantage.
